Tim Brando keeps 3 B1G teams in Top 10 following Week 2 action
The results from Week 2 provided an early shakeup to rankings across college football, and FOX commentator Tim Brando updated his personal Top 10 Monday afternoon.
Heading into Week 3, Brando kept Iowa (No. 6), Penn State (No. 7), and Ohio State (No. 8) on his list. No B1G team made Brando’s list of teams “just out,” and Alabama checked in as the No. 1 team.

Ohio State was the team to really drop in Brando’s rankings from Week 1 to Week 2. The Buckeyes were No. 3 on his list before being upset at home by Oregon.
On the other hand, Iowa was a steady riser, climbing from No. 9 to No. 6 after the dominant performance over Iowa State. The Hawkeyes are also up to No. 5 on the AP Poll after back-to-back wins over ranked opponents to open the season.
