Now that the B1G football season has kicked off, Fox Sports broadcaster Tim Brando included a few league teams on his list, with Ohio State entering the game at the No. 5 spot.

While Brando had just the Buckeyes listed inside the Top 10, he did mention a few others in the “Just Out” category. Michigan and Indiana both received recognition from the FOX Sports broadcaster in that regard.

Perhaps the one omission from Brando’s list that may be surprising is Wisconsin. The Badgers pummeled Illinois 45-7 on Friday night, the first game of the B1G season.

However, Brando’s other mentions are certainly worthy of recognition.

Ohio State opened up with a dominant 52-17 blasting of Nebraska, validating their pre-season expectations to be in the national championship race. Michigan had their 49-24 trashing of Minnesota to open their season garner some national attention, but the big shocker of the opening weekend came from Indiana.

The Hoosiers upended Penn State in a thrilling, overtime victory that featured a game-winning two-point conversion that sparked controversy over the replay review of the call.
