Three B1G schools are firmly in the mix for 4-star defensive lineman and Top 200 prospect Dashawn Womack. The Baltimore native released his Top 10 this week.

Womack, who has received offers from 27 programs, revealed the schools he’s still considering in a post on Twitter. The Maryland native is keeping the hometown Terrapins in the Top 10, as well as Michigan and Rutgers out of the B1G.

Other schools still in consideration are Auburn, Boston College, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Pitt and Temple.

Per 247Sports, Womack ranks as one of the Top 200 prospects in the 2023 recruiting class, coming in at No. 170. Among defensive linemen, he’s No. 25. He’s also a Top 5 talent from the state of Maryland.

Womack is listed at 6-foot-4, 255 pounds. He helped lead St. Frances Academy to an 8-1 record during the 2021 campaign at the high school level.

Michigan is currently the highest-ranked team of the three B1G squads mentioned in the 2023 recruiting rankings. The Wolverines currently sit No. 16 nationally.

Rutgers is listed in the No. 30 spot while Maryland is outside the Top 50, coming in at No. 51.
