So far, Sunday’s B1G showdown between No. 3 Michigan and No. 4 Ohio State is living up to the hype.
Michigan owns a 45-43 advantage through the first 20 minutes, which was incredibly entertaining for anyone watching. The first half saw five ties and five lead changes before the buzzer sounded to send the teams to the locker room.
The game was tied at 43 before Michigan’s Eli Brooks hit a buzzer-beating layup to give the Wolverines a two-point lead on the Buckeyes at half.
Ohio State got most of its production from E.J. Liddell and Duane Washington in the opening half. Liddel scored 14 points and Washington added 12. C.J. Walker came off the bench and added 7 points for the Buckeyes.
Michigan didn’t have anyone in double figures, but Chaundee Brown and Isaiah Livers both had 9 points to lead the way for the Wolverines. Brooks added 8 and Hunter Dickinson and Mike Smith each chipped in 6.
The first half only saw 7 total fouls called an 11 turnovers between the two teams. Below are some of the highlights:
