Two B1G teams are among the six that are still in the sweepstakes to land one of the best prospects in the 2021 recruiting class.

On Saturday, five-star linebacker Terrence Lewis revealed his top six schools, narrowing down his list of choices. Among the six remaining programs are Nebraska and Penn State. He’s also still considering LSU, Alabama, Tennessee and Texas A&M.

Lewis made his announcement on Twitter, using a graphic to show the remaining six teams in consideration. He slimmed the list down from the 42 offers he’s received during the recruiting period.

Per 247Sports, Lewis is a 6-foot-1, 200-pound linebacker out of Hollywood, Florida. He’s ranked as the No. 1 outside linebacker in the 2021 recruiting cycle and the No. 10 overall prospect in the class. He’s also the second-highest ranked prospect from his home state.

Both Nebraska and Penn State have been a little slower in landing commitments during this recruiting cycle. The Huskers have received four verbal commitments while the Nittany Lions are stuck on three pledges. Neither program has landed a five-star prospect in this year’s recruiting class.
