The B1G could soon add its 15th and 16th members.

USC and UCLA have officially applied to join the B1G, according to college football insider Brett McMurphy.

And according to The Athletic’s Nicole Auerbach, that vote could be happening sooner rather than later. The Chancellors and Presidents of the B1G are reportedly convening at 6 p.m. ET to officially vote on admittance.

Obviously, the college football landscape has changed drastically over the past few months. There isn’t much reason to think this realignment is going to stop any time soon.

Jon Wilner of PAC-12 Hotline, who originally broke the news earlier Thursday, heard from a source that agrees.

More will be revealed in the coming hours.
