USA Today releases way-too-early Top 25 for 2020

USA Today has released its way-too-early poll for the 2020 college football season. There are a lot of B1G teams near the top.

The top 25 from USA Today lists five B1G squads in the rankings, with all coming inside the top 20. Four teams from the conference are ranked No. 12 or higher and three are inside the top 10.

As you probably expected, Ohio State is the highest-ranked B1G team, coming in at No. 3. Penn State and Iowa are the conference’s other two top 10 teams right now, sitting at No. 7 and No. 10, respectively.

Michigan and Wisconsin were also included in the way-too-early poll.

Perhaps the lone surprise is that Minnesota — which finished 11-2 and inside the top 10 in the final rankings for 2019 — was not included in the way-too-early rankings. Below is the complete top 25 from USA Today:
