This is the type of game you live for!
Saturday’s big-time rivalry in Minneapolis is going to have a bit of everything. Annual bragging rights and a trophy on the line, ESPN’s College GameDay in town, and messy wintery conditions. Beyond that, Minnesota and Wisconsin are also playing for the B1G West title.
Needless to say, it will not take much for either team to get ready for kickoff! It’s never hard to get up for a rivalry contest, and this one is shaping up to be an especially hard-fought game.
Entering the weekend, Wisconsin is still favored at -2.5 on the road. While the Badgers have played well this season, Minnesota currently has a better record and is playing at home. The computer prediction put out by Odds Shark also sees the Gophers covering the spread.
That prediction does have Wisconsin winning, but it is predicting a razor-thin margin in a 35.5-33.4 outcome:
Are you ready for this one? Saturday’s kickoff is set for 3:30 pm EST on ABC.
