The Minnesota Golden Gophers will be the first B1G team to kick off their 2019 season when they host South Dakota State at 9:00PM ET on Thursday. Four more teams – Michigan State, Wisconsin, Rutgers and Purdue – will be in action on Friday. The remaining nine schools all begin their seasons on Saturday.

Just ahead of this, Las Vegas released their final B1G win total lines on Thursday (via @betonline_ag).

As was the case in 2018, they are predicting the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Michigan Wolverines to be the top-two teams in the B1G East.

Nebraska, at 8.5 wins, is projected to be the top-team in the West and is two wins ahead of the 2018 West champion, the Northwestern Wildcats.

Bringing up the rear, Rutgers’ win total of 2.5 is improvement over their 1-11 record a year ago. First-year Maryland head coach Mike Locksley’s total of four is a game worse than the mark Matt Canada posted as the interim last season.
