Former Ohio State Buckeye Joe Burrow now has the country’s third-best odds. Idle on September 28, Burrow has the No. 5 LSU Tigers off to a 4-0 start. Completing 100-124 passes, the Athens, Ohio native has thrown for 1,520 yards and 17 touchdowns.

Ohio State’s current quarterback, sophomore Justin Fields, is right on Burrow’s heels. Possessing the fourth-best odds at 5/1, Fields has thrown 16 touchdown passes without an interception for the No. 4 Buckeyes (5-0).

The only other B1G player to make the list, Wisconsin Badgers junior running back Jonathan Taylor is fifth at 10/1. While he ran for 119 yards and a score in the No. 8 Badgers’ victory over Northwestern, Taylor’s performance vs. the No. 19 Michigan Wolverines is what will likely stick in the minds of voters.

Hosting the Wolverines on September 21, Taylor’s 203 yards and two touchdowns led Wisconsin to a convincing 35-14 victory.

The early-season favorite, Clemson sophomore quarterback Trevor Lawrence is now seventh at 22/1.
