Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly is departing the program to take over for the resigning Ed Orgeron at LSU. Kelly’s farewell meeting with the Fighting Irish players has been the topic of much debate, with speculation about the duration of time.

We now have leaked footage of Kelly’s address to his now former players, via Barstool Chief:

Kelly is leaving as Notre Dame is ranked No. 6 in the nation with an 11-1 overall record. LSU is 6-6 overall and seventh place in the SEC West.

Kelly has an overall record of 263-96-2, with previous coaching stops at Central Michigan and Cincinnati. Kelly is a two-time AP College Football Coach of the Year winner (2012, 2018) and won the Big East in 2008 and 2009.

Notre Dame concluded the regular season with a convincing 45-14 victory at Stanford.
