Sometimes it’s hard to find words to describe a play in college football. One of those moments arose in Saturday’s matchup between USC and Arizona State.

USC knew it needed to keep a close eye on Sun Devils receiver N’Keal Harry, one of the top pass-catchers in the Pac-12. But there was absolutely nothing the Trojans defense could do on this play.

With a defender draped all over him, Harry made a leaping, one-handed grab while parallel to the ground. Yeah, it was as ridiculous as it sounds.

It’s easily a candidate for best catch in college football.

Harry has been spectacular for the Sun Devils this season, catching 42 passes for 572 yards and five touchdowns through seven games. But this one might be his most memorable reception.

That catch helped boost Arizona State over USC, improving the Sun Devils’ record to 4-4 on the season.

Harry finished the day with four catches for 95 yards and a touchdown. But that one-handed grab was easily the highlight of the day in college football.
