Most high school football players usually play for a local, sometimes regional audience. On Friday, a national audience was treated to an interstate showdown between Warren Central (Indianapolis) High School and Trinity (Louisville) High School on ESPNU. As a result, football fans outside of Indianapolis got to see B1G target David Bell put on a show.

The Warren Central wide receiver notched five catches for 123 yards and two touchdowns, including the thrilling game-winning score, which can be seen in the clip below:

Bell, a 4-star prospect who measures 6-2, 185 pounds, is rated the No. 2 recruit out of Indiana and the No. 22 wide receiver in the 2019 class by the 247Sports Composite. He has 18 scholarship offers and has shown the most interest in (alphabetical order) Indiana, Iowa, Ohio State, Penn State and Purdue. Other B1G schools to offer scholarships include Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska and Northwestern.

Playing on ESPNU seemed to help expose Bell to some new fans.
