WATCH: Blake Anderson surprises Ark. State players by showing up to coach in Week 2

This is probably the best story from college football in Week 2.
It has understandably been a rough summer and start of the season for Arkansas State head coach Blake Anderson. Anderson lost his wife, Wendy, in August after a long and courageous fight with cancer. It goes without saying that it has been an unthinkable stretch as Anderson tries to stay positive through it all.

In Week 1, Arkansas State was without Anderson, but he did not stay away for long. He showed up unbeknownst to the Red Wolves players to coach in Week 2. His surprise entrance to a team meeting was truly epic.
“You got room for one more” was Anderson’s call as he entered the room before shaking hands and sharing hugs with his team:

The Red Wolves did not disappoint, securing a 43-17 win at UNLV in Anderson’s return.
