Getting to the NFL is the dream of anyone who’s ever put on a helmet and shoulder pads. Players want to do everything in their power to try to have a career in professional level.
College programs and coaches know how to get players to the next level, though some are better than others. That ability to develop star athletes into NFL-caliber prospects is something that helps programs perform better on the field and on the recruiting trail.
But which programs are the best at churning out NFL prospects on a year-in, year-out basis? More specifically, which B1G teams and coaches are having the most success getting players to that next level?
Big Ten Network analyst J Leman talked about that very topic, discussing which three programs are the best at producing NFL talent. His answers may actually surprise you.
Leman lists Wisconsin, Iowa and Ohio State as the B1G’s top three programs at getting players to the next level. He explained why he ranked those teams at the top of the list:
The B1G is full of football factories when it comes to developing NFL talent. @JLeman47's lists his Top 3:
3. @OhioStateFB
2. @HawkeyeFootball

With Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska and Penn State left on the outside of the list, there will probably be plenty of debate regarding this topic.
What do you think? Do you agree with Leman’s top three?
