If he’s not already, Justyn Smith will soon be the best wide receiver in college football.

During Monday’s national title game between Clemson and Alabama, Ross made a few unbelievable catches in the third quarter for the Tigers, showing off his incredible athleticism. It’s hard to believe he’s only a freshman.

First, Ross bobbled a pass from Trevor Lawrence before hauling it in for a big gain. He hauled in the pass while fending off an Alabama defender and then taking a hard hit out of bounds.

Not long after that catch, Ross recorded another remarkable play. The freshman made a leaping grab over an Alabama defender then tiptoed the sideline to make the catch.

These are seriously two of the best catches you’ll see.

Yeah, Ross is a special player. And he’s going to drive defensive coordinators nuts for a long, long time.
