Week 3 is here and Clemson is hosting Georgia Southern.

That’s not surprising to any college football fan.

What else isn’t surprising was the score in the third quarter: Clemson led 24-0. The Tigers are one of the top teams in the country, while Georgia Southern, well, is not.

In the third quarter, when nothing in particular seemed to be working for the lesser-known school, the Eagles went to the ground. But they didn’t just go with any old regular running play.

They fed their 6-foot, 300-pound defensive tackle C.J. Wright.

Wright actually did pretty well with the football, getting a couple carries for around 5 and 9 yards apiece.

Here are two of his carries:

Wright, a freshman, has actually gotten 3 more carries, boosting his statline to 5 carries for 20 yards. Early in the fourth quarter, as Clemson leads 24-7, Wright — believe it or not — leads the team in rushing with his 20 yards.
