Diggs was likely thrilled – or at least he should have been – when the Vikings signed Michigan State alum Kirk Cousins. As they showed in preseason action Saturday night, fans can expect a lot of highlights from the Big Ten connection in Minnesota.

As is typical in preseason, Cousins didn’t play very many snaps, but he did have a touchdown pass to Diggs. It was actually a play earlier in the drive that featured the more impressive throw and catch between the two.
