Remember when Baker Mayfield planted an Oklahoma flag at midfield of Ohio Stadium after the Sooners crushed the Buckeyes in Columbus? Well, get ready for Part Two.
Before Saturday’s game between Oklahoma and Kansas, captains for both teams met at midfield for the coin toss prior to kickoff. Mayfield — one of the captains for the Sooners — walked over to shake hands with the three Jayhawks on the field. Except those three players from Kansas ignored the Heisman candidate and refused to shake his hand.
You can tell in the video that it really fired Mayfield up before kickoff.
Oh Kansas, what have you done. pic.twitter.com/SAgtVnMQsx

Reminder: Kansas is 1-9 and Oklahoma has one of the most prolific offenses in college football.
That was a really, really dumb move by Kansas’ captains. The Jayhawks were already going to get embarrassed on their home turf by the fourth-ranked Sooners. But now, Mayfield will probably make it a point to just annihilate Kansas now.
Maybe next time win a few games before doing something like that, Kansas.
