WATCH: Washington WR Quinten Pounds makes spectacular one-handed snag for TD against Auburn

It may be Week 1 of the college football season, but marquee matchups are taking place across the country.
Featuring two top 10 ranked teams, No. 6 Washington and No. 9 Auburn are meeting Saturday and the Tigers held control for much of the first half. Auburn wasn’t pulling away, however, and Washington’s Quinten Pounds made a play to bring the game to within two, at 15-13.
With 0:43 left in the half, Washington QB Jake Browning threw a pass that only Pounds could get. And, Pounds certainly got it.

Momentum is a big thing in sports and when an outstanding play gets made, a team often receives a lift from it. The second half will show if Pounds’ catch was exactly what the Huskies needed.
