Kelvin Hopkins Jr. might be one of the most underrated players in college football. But the Army quarterback put everyone on notice during the Armed Forces Bowl.
Near the end of the first quarter, Hopkins turned a nothing play into one of the best runs of the college football season. The Army quarterback dodged Houston defenders left and right and sprinted 77 yards to the end zone for a touchdown.

Hopkins rushed for 847 yards and 12 touchdowns this year and has operated Army’s offense to perfection throughout the season. He’s a huge reason why the Black Knights finished the year 10-2 and opened the Armed Forces Bowl with a 28-7 lead in the first half.
The big play came in front of a huge crowd, as the game was sold out for the first time in its 16-year history.
