Week 11 Associated Press Poll
For once, upsets were not the theme of the weekend in college football. It was almost a refreshing reminder that the pollsters were a bit more accurate this weekend than in years past.
Only one Top 25 team fell over the weekend, with Tulsa upsetting No. 19 SMU 28-24. The other ranked teams in action all came out with a win.
That includes the teams in the B1G. No. 3 Ohio State was not in action, as Maryland was forced to postpone this weekend’s game due to COVID-19 concerns. No. 10 Indiana shut out Michigan State 24-0 and No. 13 Wisconsin demolished Michigan 49-11. No. 23 Northwestern survived a scare from Purdue, winning 27-20.
But just because there weren’t major upsets doesn’t mean there were no changes in the polls.
Here’s a look at the Week 12 Associated Press Poll:
#1 Alabama
#2 Notre Dame
#3 Ohio State
#4 Clemson
#5 Texas A&M
