Right away, it’s notable that the defending champion Michigan Wolverines are 5-point underdogs at home. Penn State, Rutgers, Washington, and Ohio State are all huge home favorites against MAC teams.

Elsewhere, Iowa is favored over Iowa State in the annual CyHawk rivalry game. Northwestern is slightly favored to beat Duke, while Maryland has a sizable advantage over Michigan State.

In a pair of B1G vs. Big 12 battles, Kansas is favored over Illinois while Nebraska is favored over Deion Sanders and Colorado.

Finally, Boise State will look to keep things interesting against Oregon, and Utah State has a tough battle against the USC Trojans.

Indiana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin each play FCS opponents, so the lines are not available just yet via Circa.
