Where every B1G team falls in ESPN’s preseason FPI rankings

We’re still over four months away from the first kickoff of the 2021 college football season, but ESPN’s preseason Football Power Index (FPI) rankings are already out.

This week, ESPN’s FPI was updated, ranking every team at the FBS level. Five teams from the B1G cracked the Top 25 and 10 were listed inside the Top 50 for the upcoming season.

Ohio State leads the way for the league at No. 5 after a 7-1 season in 2020, making an appearance in the national championship. Despite a 4-5 campaign last year, Penn State also rounded out the Top 10 with a No. 10 ranking.
