It’s finally Week 1 in the college football season, and the action is already rolling!

On Thursday night, No. 4 Ohio State traveled to Minnesota for a season opener against the Golden Gophers. Despite just 10 points entering halftime, the Buckeyes came alive in the second half and finished off with a 45-31 win.

Friday night brings more action as Mel Tucker starts Year 2 at Michigan State with a conference road trip to Northwestern. That game should feature a lot of toughness with the winner getting an early conference win under their belt.
