Yahoo Sports has released a flurry of ‘most intriguing’ lists headed into the 2018 season. Over the weekend, Pat Forde pieced together one the final rankings of the preseason.

This one? The 25 most intriguing players headed into the 2018 season, none of which are permitted to be quarterbacks. The college football expert already put together his quarterback list earlier in the offseason.

In his rankings, Forde included five players out of the B1G. Here were the names of the players he finds most interesting headed into the year:

  • No. 3: Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State
  • No. 7: Devin Bush, LB, Michigan
  • No. 9: Jonathan Taylor, RB, Wisconsin
  • No. 16: Noah Fant, TE, Iowa
  • No. 23: Michael Deiter, OG, Wisconsin

All five players Forde mentioned out of the B1G are considered to be some of the best at their respective positions in college football.

Of those mentioned, Taylor is the only player to receive any Heisman Trophy hype in the offseason.
