Illinois non-conference matchup with Chattanooga should be an easy win, according to ESPN’s FPI.

ESPN’s FPI gives the Fighting Illini a 95.4% chance to win the game.

Illinois comes into the game fresh off a bye week after starting the season 2-1. Illinois already has a big win over Virginia, but dropped its game to Indiana, which has gotten off to a 3-0 start.

Following the game against Chattanooga, Illinois gets into the brunt of B1G play, taking on Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota in consecutive weeks.

The Mocs are off to a 3-0 start and looking for a big upset on Thursday. Chattanooga has made a name for itself in the Southern Conference over the last few years, and a win over a Power 5 school would be huge.

The Fighting Illini take on the Mocs Thursday at 8:30 p.m. ET.
