Former Illinois guard Trent Frazier is heading overseas to continue his basketball career. He has signed a 2-year contract to play with KK FMP in Belgrade, Serbia per Jeremy Werner of 247Sports.

KK FMP play in Serbia’s top professional basketball league. In his final year with the Fighting Illini, Frazier averaged 11.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 4.1 assists. He appeared in 157 games for Illinois, which is the 2nd-most appearances in the program. Frazier also brought home 2nd-team All-B1G honors in his final season as well.

By signing this contract, it means that he will not allowed to participate in the NBA Summer League. Frazier also finished his college career at Illinois with the 2nd-most career 3-pointers made (310), 6th-most career steals (207), 9th-most career steals (452), and 10th-most career field goals made (593).

Serbia is getting a very good player in Trent Frazier.
