Illinois adds international flavor to recruiting with pledge from OT
Illinois gained a commitment from a player outside the United States.
The offensive tackle played U-19 football for the Triangle Razorbacks in Vejle, Denmark and is listed as a 3-star recruit on Rivals.com and a 0-star recruit on 247Sports. However, both sites have him listed as at least 6-foot-8, 300-pounds.
Magnus Moller announced his decision via Twitter on Monday morning.
After three insane years of recruiting, i am now extremely happy to announce that I am 100% committed to the University of Illinois for football!@PPIRecruits @BCollierPPI @BretBielema @Coach_BMiller @247Sports @Rivals pic.twitter.com/G3A2pn88ri

Moller is the 18th player to commit to the Fighting Illini’s class of 2022. As you might have guessed, he is the only one from outside the U.S. in the recruiting class.
Illinois has the 10th-best recruiting class in the B1G and 45th-best class nationally as well.
