Illinois DL Keith Randolph Jr. helped off field vs. UTSA with injury

Illinois is still looking for its first points of the game against UT San Antonio, and the status of one defensive lineman is now up in the air for the rest of the game.
The player is Keith Randolph Jr., a 6-foot-5 DL out of Belleville, Illinois. He joined the Illini as a 3-star member of the 2019 recruiting class.
Randolph had a good game in the Week 0 showdown against Nebraska, but he was helped off the field after getting injured in action against the Roadrunners. The injury appeared to be to Randolph’s right leg, and he appeared to be in tears while on his way to the injury tent:
Keith Randolph has a right leg injury. Getting some help off the field. Putting just a little weight on it.

Against the Huskers, Randolph had 2 tackles, 1.5 for loss, and a sack with a forced fumble. Hopefully it is not serious as he appeared to be in store for a strong year in Champaign.
