Lee played in six games for the Illini on the offensive line as a true freshman in 2016, making two starts. He was expected to be battling for a starting role throughout the summer and fall. Holcombe played in seven games last season, mostly on special teams.
Watkins is a true freshman and was an early-enrollee for the program in January.
