Illinois will be without more than a dozen players vs. Purdue due to COVID-19, contact tracing and injury
Illinois’s path to victory against Purdue gets even tougher as they’re going to be without several players. One of the biggest ones is none other than senior quarterback Brandon Peters, who tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday.
He will have to be out for 21 days so the earliest he can return is their November 21st game against Nebraska.
