Quan Martin wrapped up a 5-year career at Illinois in the 2022 season, saving his best performance for last with the Illini defense.
While playing under DC Ryan Walters, Martin posted his best numbers across the 2021-22 seasons. That included career-high numbers of 64 tackles, 3 interceptions, 2 forced fumbles and 11 pass breakups.
Now preparing for the NFL Draft, Martin is reportedly wrapping up a string of visits with a large number of teams. According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Martin is taking part in a Top 30 visit with the Washington Commanders on Tuesday.
That visit brings Martin’s tally of the Top 30 visits to 10. Teams that have met with Martin per Rapoport include the Tennessee Titans, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, Indianapolis Colts, Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers, Buffalo Bills, Detroit Lions and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Together with Devon Witherspoon, Martin was a game-changing defensive back for Illinois during the 2022 season. While Witherspoon is still projected to be picked before Martin, it looks like Martin will not be short on interested suitors when the draft kicks off.
