Tommy DeVito has made quite the name for himself with the New York Giants.

The former Illinois QB, who originally transferred from Syracuse, has won over the city of New York. He led the Giants to a MNF win over the Green Bay Packers, setting up the game-winning field goal with a few clutch throws late against what has been one of the better teams in the NFL across the past few weeks.

DeVito finished having completed 17 of his 21 passing attempts for 158 yards, 1 touchdown and zero interceptions. He added 71 rushing yards to a complete performance on a national stage.

His performance on MNF earned DeVito the honor of being the NFC Offensive Player of the Week. The New York Jets’ Zach Wilson was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week.

DeVito was forced into action following injuries to both Daniel Jones and Tyrod Taylor. The undrafted QB has led New York to 3 straight wins without an interception in all 3. Across that time, DeVito has totaled over 550 passing yards with 5 touchdowns.
