Tommy DeVito is lighting it up on the world’s biggest stage.

The former Illinois QB led the New York Giants to a 24-22 win over the Green Bay Packers yesterday on Monday Night Football. He finished leading the Giants on the game-winning drive and totaled `58 passing yards with 1 touchdown on 17-of-21 attempts. DeVito added 10 carries for 71 yards to that total.

DeVito has become something of a miniature folk hero for the people of New York, who hope DeVito is here to fix their longstanding QB problem the Giants have had since the departure of Eli Manning.
