VIDEO: Ke'Shawn Vaughn's first carry of the game went for a 65-yard TD
Ke’Shawn Vaughn had a rough season opener.
The Illini tailback was held to less than three yards per carry in a rout of Murray State. Vaughn finished the day with just 49 yards.
On his first carry Saturday night, Vaughn bested that total.
Illinois’ third play from scrimmage turned into a 65-yard touchdown:
That’s a good early sign for Illinois against a talented UNC team.
