Saturday marks the end of the road for the Illinois seniors. Yes, the Illini still have one more regular season game after this weekend, but this will be the last game in Memorial Stadium for several.
Illinois is hoping to send its seniors out the right way.
The Illini host Iowa this weekend, trying to get a victory to keep postseason hopes alive. It’s also Senior Day, always a special moment for players.
Prior to kickoff this weekend, Illinois released a hype trailer to honor the seniors as they prepare for their final appearance on the field in Champaign. The video was released on Friday.
