With Shaun Shivers declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft, Turner should compete for the starting role in Bloomington. Shivers had 592 yards rushing with 7 total touchdowns this past season for the Hoosiers. Shivers transferred to Indiana after spending the majority of his career at Auburn.
Turner will bring his veteran presence to the Indiana backfield, but will it be enough to fix the offensive struggles?
