Connor Bazelak explains impact of 'LEO' on Indiana overcoming adversity in Week 3 comeback
Indiana and quarterback Connor Bazelak battled through a tenacious Western Kentucky in the fourth quarter to win 33-30 in overtime. All Indiana had to do was battle through adversity together and utilize their motto ‘LEO.’

Western Kentucky outscored Indiana 27-13 through the first three quarters. Indiana, then, outscored Western Kentucky 17-6 in the fourth quarter with a 4-yard touchdown pass from Bazelek to receiver Cam Camper with 47 seconds left in the game.
Western Kentucky outgained Indiana in total yards accounted for 545 to 48. The Hoosier defense allowed 216 yards from the rushing offense of Western Kentucky.
Indiana has started 3-0 after a 23-20 B1G win at home over Illinois in Week 1, a 35-22 win at home over Idaho, and the 33-30 overtime over Western Kentucky. Indiana is set to go on the road for the first time this season next Saturday as the Hoosiers play at Cincinnati.
