Dates for rescheduled matchups between Indiana, Western Kentucky revealed
The Hoosiers are coming off of their bye week as they get ready for No. 10 Michigan State to come to Bloomington, IN., on Saturday.
The Hoosiers are off to a 2-3 start and 0-2 in B1G play. Their 2 wins are against FCS Idaho and Western Kentucky. Their 3 losses are against No. 2 Iowa, No. 3 Cincinnati and No. 7 Penn State.
Indiana has rescheduled their games with Western Kentucky in the future.
They played Western Kentucky at Western Kentucky this season, winning a close game 33-31.
Initially, the games were supposed to be played in 2019 and 2020. In 2019 it got bumped because of B1G scheduling, and in 2020 the B1G only played conference games due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Hoosiers will have 2 home dates with the Hilltoppers this decade. Next year September 17, 2022, and down the road on September 15, 2029.
Zach Osterman of the Indianapolis Star provides more context:

Those games were scheduled to be played in 2019 and 2020. The 2019 game was bumped back because of conflicts with Big Ten scheduling. The 2020 game got moved because of, well, you know. IU obviously fulfilled its game in Bowling Green earlier this season. #iufb
