Derrick Bohler, 2023 wide receiver from Florida, announces B1G commitment

Derrick Bohler is headed north to play Big Ten football. The Miami (Florida) Palmetto standout wide receiver announced his commitment to the Indiana Hoosiers on Tuesday.

Bohler shared the B1G news on social media.

Boher is listed at 6-1, 195 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Bohler is rated 3-stars, the No. 166 recruit out of the Sunshine State, No. 170 wide receiver and No. 1,202 prospect overall nationally in the 2023 recruiting class.

During his recruitment, Bohler picked up scholarship offers from 28 different schools, including Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska and Penn State. Bohler visited Penn State, Tennessee and Boston College over the summer.

With Bohler on board, Indiana now has 10 commitments for its 2023 class, which ranks No. 82 on the Composite. Highlights from Bohler’s 2022 senior season can be viewed below, via Hudl:
