Indiana did not look like itself in Week 1, in more ways than one!

In the action on the field, the Hoosiers were out of sorts on both sides of the ball. Quarterback Michael Penix Jr. could not get things going while throwing 3 interceptions. That included a pair of pick-sixes by the Hawkeyes.

Defensively, Indiana was also not at its best. Iowa RB Tyler Goodson ripped off a huge touchdown run early for the Hawkeyes.

The other issue for the Hoosiers did not deal with their play but appearance. One of the uniforms for the Hoosiers that was shared prior to kickoff had a misspelled version of Indiana. No, seriously.

Always a good sport, head coach Tom Allen kicked off his Monday press conference with a nod to the pregame mixup. After approaching the podium, Allen removed his hat to give a quick spellcheck before continuing.
