Here's what Indiana coach Tom Allen said during his Week 1 press conference
Today, Tom Allen spoke to the media in front of Saturday’s clash against the No.18 Iowa Hawkeyes.
The Hoosiers are coming off a magical season where they finished the season 6-2 and had only one loss in B1G play to eventual champion the Ohio State Buckeyes.
The Hoosiers are N0.17 in this season’s AP Top-25 poll.
The Hoosiers are excited to have their QB Michael Penix Jr. back after he suffered a season-ending injury by tearing his ACL against the Maryland Terrapins last November.
Allen spoke a lot about playing a tough opponent in the Hawkeyes right out of the gate.
“You have to be able to go out there and just react,” said Allen. According to Dustin Dopirak of the Bloomington Herald-Times and Indianapolis Star. “Said there are going to be wrinkles and they’re not going to do exactly what they’ve done on film.”
