Indiana is getting ready for their game on the road against the N0.18 Iowa Hawkeyes this Saturday.
In Tom Allen’s press conference on Thursday, he gave updates on several players dealing with injuries before the start of the season.
Dustin Dopirak of the Bloomington Herald-Times and Indianapolis Star has more:
Says everyone who had a season-ending injury last year — Penix, Ball, Layne, Thomas Allen — is good to go.

Raheem Layne and Marcelino McCrary-Ball are senior DBs for the Hoosiers and Michael Penix Jr. is the QB.
One of the most important players that is coming back from injury is QB Michael Penix Jr. His season was ended last November with an ACL tear against Maryland.
Penix Jr. in his four years at Indiana he is 255-414 on 61.6% completion rate for 3,258 for 25 touchdowns and 8 interceptions.
The Hoosiers are ranked for the first time since 1969 with a ranking of No.17.
Indiana last season was 6-2 on the year, and 6-1 in B1G play.
The Hoosiers open the season with B1G opponent No.17, Iowa Hawkeyes, which should be a raucous crowd at Kinnick Stadium. The game is set for 3:30 ET and will air on BTN.
