Indiana football rolled in the transfer commitments on Friday. The Hoosiers picked up yet another transfer commitment, for their third of the day.

This time, the commitment was from former Stanford DB Nicolas Toomer. Toomer was a former 3-star DB from the 2019 class per the 247Sports Composite.

Toomer played in 17 career games for the Cardinal. He recorded 29 total tackles, 1 tackle for loss, and 5 pass deflections while with Stanford.

Toomer joins former Clemson WR E.J. Williams and former Wake Forest RB Christian Turner as players who all committed to the Hoosiers on Friday.

Tom Allen will be hoping that adding a veteran DB to the secondary can help the defense. Indiana finished dead last in the B1G this season in passing yards allowed per game (274.2). On top of that, the team had a 4-8 record and missed bowl season for the second-straight year.
