Indiana is in the midst of spring practices, but Thursday’s practice is being postponed.
According to Zach Osterman with the Indy Star, an IU spokesperson relayed that Thursday’s practice is being delayed “out of an abundance of caution.” For the time being, no decision has been made for Saturday’s scheduled practice.

On Monday of this week, head coach Tom Allen met with the media to discuss the start of spring practices. Among other things, Allen revealed a serious injury to quarterback Dexter Williams but was optimistic about the return of Thomas Allen from his serious injury last season.
Indiana began spring practices on March 9 and is working hard to get better in the short spring window. Hopefully, the postponement of practices does not linger beyond Thursday.
After getting a limited schedule in 2020, putting in as much work as possible this spring is a priority for all teams across the B1G. That is especially true for the Hoosiers as they look to keep the momentum gained in 2019 and 2020 rolling in the right direction.
