Indiana has added a commitment from a nice transfer player with plenty of experience.
The player is Stanford offensive lineman Dylan Powell. Powell is listed at 6-foot-3 and 281 lbs and is an offensive guard and center for the Cardinal.
Powell first appeared in action with eight games played as a sophomore in 2017. In 2018, he was a Pac-12 All-Academic second-team selection.
He announced on Twitter Friday that he will be continuing his education at Indiana while also finishing his football eligibility with Tom Allen’s Hoosiers:
I am excited to announce that I will be finishing my football career and pursing my MBA at Indiana University. I can’t wait to get up to Bloomington and do something special. I’m thankful for the opportunity @CoachAllenIU @OLCoachHiller @WilliamInge1 #LEO #GoHoosiers pic.twitter.com/d49tigMHVi

Hopefully, he adds a nice bit of experience and depth to Indiana’s offensive line.
