Indiana lands pledge from Georgia safety
Indiana has added another commitment to its 2021 recruiting class.
Jordan Grier, a safety out of Ellenwood, Georgia gave his verbal pledge to the Hoosiers on Thursday. He became the 11th player in the 2021 cycle to commit to IU and is the second prospect out of Georgia, joining Albany wide receiver Jordyn Williams.
Grier made his announcement with a post on Twitter.

Grier received offers from nearly two dozen programs on the recruiting trail. In addition to Indiana, Grier had Power Five offers from Kansas, Kansas State and Pitt.
According to MaxPreps.com, Grier has played running back and defensive back at Cedar Grove High School.
247Sports does not currently have any ratings for Grier. With his commitment, the Hoosiers rank 13th in the B1G with their 2021 recruiting class. Nationally, IU currently sits at No. 67.
