PHOTOS: Indiana living it up in NYC
Indiana knows better than anyone that bowl experiences are to be appreciated, not taken for granted.
It’s no surprise that the Hoosiers, who are playing in their first bowl game in eight years, are soaking in the entire New York City experience before the Pinstripe Bowl.
In a short amount of time, the Hoosiers have been seemingly everywhere in the city that never sleeps.

The wives of the IU coaching staff got a behind the scenes look at the making of TODAY:

IU backup quarterback Zander Diamont is the son of “The Young and the Restless” star Don Diamont, who obviously has a few connections in the entertainment business. Here’s Zander Diamont with “Saturday Night Live” cast members Vanessa Bayer, Taran Killam and Jay Pharaoh:

Both teams got to experience Broadway, too:

This was arguably the coolest star treatment for both Duke and Indiana. Even the Empire State Building is all in for the Pinstripe Bowl. Duke and Indiana lights lit up the top of one of the world’s most iconic buildings (notice the candy stripes):

On Thursday morning, Indiana even got to take part in one of New York’s most prestigious traditions. Both teams got to ring the bell at the New York Stock Exchange.

By the way, Duke and Indiana will play a football game on Saturday. Win or lose, it’s safe to say the Hoosiers will come home with some lasting memories.
