Indiana saw its lengthy losing streak continue against Ohio State during Week 1. That said, it was a close affair in Bloomington, with the Hoosiers trailing by just 10-3 at the half before being outscored 13-0 in the final 2 quarters.

Tom Allen’s team will look to get into the win column on Friday against Indiana State. It will be the 8th time the Hoosiers and Sycamores have played each other on the football field: the Hoosiers have a 6-1 edge in the series, beating the Sycamores 28-10 during the last meeting in 2014.

Indiana’s Week 3 opponent will be Louisville on Sept. 16. That said, it’s a certainty that it’s not looking past Indiana State, even though it should be a relatively smooth victory. It’s also a game that will hold sentimental meaning to Hoosiers fans: Curt Mallory, Indiana State’s head coach, is the son of Bill Mallory, the winningest coach in Hoosiers football history.

On Thursday evening, Indiana released its weekly game trailer, which you can watch below:

Kickoff from Memorial Stadium is set for 7 p.m. ET on the Big Ten Network.
